The 2024 Tony Awards Challenge (the "Contest") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including the District of Columbia) who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of Audience Rewards, Tony Awards Productions, The Broadway League, Deloitte, and The American Theatre Wing, and the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

The Contest is sponsored by Audience Rewards (the “Sponsor”), in partnership with The American Theatre Wing, Tony Awards Productions, and The Broadway League.

Participation in the Contest constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

The Contest begins April 30, 2024 at noon Eastern Daylight Time, or when the Contest web page, TonyAwardsChallenge.com has been activated and ends at 3 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time, June 16, 2024 (the “Contest Period”).Entries submitted prior to or after the Contest Period will be disqualified.
